If you mean biggest by most powerful... I'd suggest cracking down on child labour and prostitution first. You already have a population a bit too big for your own good, but if you continue advancing in technology and raise the standard of living by helping out the less fortunate, you might be able to become on of the leading nations in the future. |

Monetary wise it can become bigger by doing what they are already doing.... taking American jobs away from us and giving them to people who work in sweatshops and telemarketing firms. I see this happening only in one way... India will have to go into war and win and expand its boundaries to make it Geographically bigger.
