My high school science teacher had it best, take your arm, lay it across a table, have your elbow at the edge, and have someone jump on your arm thats over hanging the edge of the table, that should work.

some of these people have some good ideas..and don't feel bad, I tell my hubby in the army all the time to let me break something for him so he won't have to go away so much, so I'm sure there's a good reason for wanting to do this...lol...the things we will do, huh...lol...have a good night |

uummm, yeah just wondering why you would want to put yourself through the pain of doing it anyway? Then you have the lengthy recovery period, and then not to mention you may suffer in later years with reoccurring pains..but you could always try jumping from the roof of your house with your arm out stretched on landing...letting you arm take the impact. |

Why would you want to break your arm. I broke my right leg three years ago. I now have a metal plate in my leg and two bolts to hold my ankle in place. My leg will NEVER be the same. I have a cane with me at all times because my leg will periodically gave out. I walk with a limp, and the COLD weather drastically affects me. The cold puts me in severe pain. Now keep in mind I broke it by accident. The point being that you may get much more than you bargained for. Not to mention the pain you'll be in. Oh did I tell you about the morphine. GOOD STUFF. But I was so drug induced to this day I don't remember half the people who came to see me in the hospital. I'm tellin ya it sucks. |

You could possibly slam the car hood on it, I watched my friend do that one time "not on purpose" and he broke his arm right in the spot that you are talking about.
Question though...Why on earth would you want to break your arm man? Inflicting injury on ones self is not a very sane thing to do..I'm not calling you crazy but the idea of you asking the question is crazy, and if you are actually trying to do this I really want to know what the heck for? |
