How can I find out my neighbor is a criminal?

Resting Soul
If you know his or her full name you can look it up in the department of corrections for your state....ex. colorado department of corrections and then look to see if they list that persons name. Or you could go to a premium website to get background check.

Why do you care, unless you have children and suspect him of being a rapist. I think you can check up on him with the police, although I'm not really sure.

lookinforexcitement
You can go to the website where they list criminals in your state/county & see if he's got anything posted up there. Ask around the neighborhood. There's ways of finding out.
