Well you won't get that much for phone sex I am afraid, generally speaking you won't get a job with a phone sex line straight off; you'll go onto adult (non-sexual) text which pays around 10p-12p per text so it would take a lot to earn that money unless you are really good at it.
Selling underwear online is outdated now so trust me you won't earn enough, possibly if you are going in that direction you could go for web cam shows, but seriously I think you are just reaching in a desperate situation.
I would say the easiest way of finding the money is to sell things online, anything you can whether it is CD's or other random items you do not need. Perhaps taking on another part-time job in a night club or even something as demeaning as delivering papers will probably get you more money than phone sex lines straight off.
I would say kick him out if he isn't paying anyway, more so if he is costing you money by eating your food, then just get yourself onto a flat share site ASAP to find yourself someone new – for example http://uk.easyroommate.com
I would also say if he does that to the cat again call the RSPCA to report him, in fact threaten him with that and threaten him with an eviction, of course you could always go to the police to ask their advise or a local social services or CAB for advice.
Otherwise have you not got a landlord you can have a word with? Maybe talk to them about how this person is acting, not only is it a case of an unfair and dangerous situation for you, but the landlord will not be best too pleased with a person like this who isn't paying bills. As such they may be able to help you find a solution.

Advertise for a new housemate and kick him out immediately. You should also complain to your landlord or letting agency because you need to get rid of this horrible excuse for a person. I am DISGUSTED to hear about what has happened to that poor cat. The RSPCA may be able to do something about this as the cat is obviously in danger of being subjected to similar torment in the future. Even contact your citizens advice bureau for help.
Please don't resort to the phone sex thing though - there are other ways to raise this money (you have shown you are better than that because you are so aware of what a scumbag this guy is and you're showing great determination to get up and take action) and the best bet is to just replace this idiot with someone else who is surely going to be more considerate and a better companion to live with. I wish you the best of luck and I sincerely hope you send him packing as soon as possible. No one who lays a bad finger on an innocent animal deserves so much as a roof over their head. |

He is such a w*nker. Can you call the police? and say that he is doing everthing you told us about. Or call your landlord and ask him to kick him out as he won't pay his share of the rent. why pay for him??. But I really think you should tell the cops you guys can get an AVO. (aprihensive violence order) against him, that way he has to leave. and you don't have to come up with the rent to cover for him. You should't have to work as a sex phone operators to pay his bills.
