How can I make some serious cash right now?
I need to make some serious cash in the shortest amnt of time. Iam suppose 2 be moving to a place I have already bought in Virginia (and am paying on) along with my house in AZ. Iam in no way prepared 4 it to go on the market yet & I know the shorter the time frame is that I have it on the market the lower Ill have to drop prices and this move is a joint venture with my mother- and when her place sells (which just went on the market 1 wk ago) the moving van will be here and that could be today or tommorrow-up intil May 1st..so I need to make some serious cash NOW in order so I dont miss the'train pulling out' and get stuck in the hell hole of a town that I live in. PLS HELP!!!Any and all suggestions would be appreciated!Thanx

Since you are moving, why don't you have a garage sale. I mean really clean out everything. It will be easier to move then too. If you have time, try Ebay. you'll be able to get better prices there. Also if all else fails, you may have to take a small loan form one of those places that charge you like 25% interest. But upside to that would be, when your house sells, you can pay it off and save the interest. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

It's a shame you have to get answers like some of the ones you got above when you really need help.

First, put your house on the market as soon as possible, something good could happen, next check the want ads for all available jobs, contact everyone immediately and notify them of you immediate availability.

You could also ask friends if there are any odd jobs that need to be done and that they would pay for.

Lastly, not joking around, stripping does make a lot of money, and there may be some high class places in your town, but the way you make it sound I doubt it, but that could be a last resort.

You could turn a few tricks.

I don't know how big the town u live in is, but if it's sizable, and if you're smoke and drug-free, there's probably a lab somewhere that gets government and commercial grants for scientific analysis ,of new products and medicines, to be tested on groups of people. These tests can pay $500 or more. You usually just have to stay in the lab{actually, they're more like dorms,} over a weekend or so. I know it sounds different, but it's a pretty good, legal way to make quick cash.

Get a serious job and work at it.

You need to take your time and go back to the basic way that people make a living in this world. You have cash from wages and money owed for rent, food and utilities. You work to pay your bills like everybody else.
First try to reduce your expenses because that's the easiest way to "make money". If you can live with someone to avoid paying rent for awhile, then do it. But a true friend will need to know that your working hard to get your own apartment or willing to pay them for you living there.
Forget about any extra costs in your life like cell phones, pets, clubs, car ownership, credit card charges. You need to avoid medical bills and take advantage of low income programs like medicaid to help you through these tough times.

i was gonna suggest selling some things you don't want on ebay, but you won't get the money that fast, so why don't you have a yard sale. get rid of some things you don't want.

rosable_bob
get a job work full time!!! or you can go to the bank and ask for a loan??

You need to contract all the work you need done on your AZ home out to a contractor/company that will agree to be paid upon the sale of this home. Typically the homeowner must agree to pay a little bit more than usual for such an arrangement, but such is the accepted practice for someone in your position who's in a bind. Of course this must all be in a binding contract with a realistic, anticipated date of sale, (of said property), along with a bonefide appraisal of what the property will be worth after the improvements are completed. These are just some of the variables one needs to effect such a plan, but as are most things in life... everything is negotiable!
Good Luck

Try going to the bank and see if you can take out a loan..then you can get the money and pay it all back little by little in a comfortable way

Rob a bank

A garage sale is a great way to get rid of somethings that you won't have to move and make some quick cash. Also a part time job on top of your fulltime job might help. You can get a job waitressing in a strip club, they make good money in tips and don't have to get naked!!
