In totality it appears that you are an Indian National with Rupees account in Indian Bank, wish to transfer your money to US. No legal issue. You can wire tranfers the money. You call you bank in India and tell them you are going to do this ask them to wire the money and give them the routing number, bank account, you name address and so fort of the account here in the USA. Call your bank in the US to find out all the information you need for the Bank in India to wire the money to you. Do y ou have someone in India who is on the account who can go and sign the paperwork at the Indian Bank? Find out if you need to be there or if someone can do for you. |

Now a days so can see so many visa cards and Master cards.I think u will de holding Visa card of ur indian account if not u can arrange it with the help of ur friends.and u can easily draw the money with that card all over the world.Now ATM facility is well developed so it will be easy for u to trasfer money from india to any other country |

Money can be transfered to USA through Globalised Master Visa Credit Cards while converting money to US Dollars. Which is subjected to Income tax rules and eligibility of the transferee. |

Money is just a tool of exchange to satisy a basic need. Your interest is to transfer money from india to the U.S. You buy something in the U.S. and give the shopkeeper dollars. Both of you are satisfied. Similarly you withdraw money from India through an international account and help the Indian bank by recommending a new customer for it. |
