India is not Communist like China so we can not make laws like China and force people to have only 1 or 2 kids. Education & communication are key words here.
After that putting some good and useful laws in place like following. (note: these laws are not stopping couples to have more kids just stopping them for taking country for granted)
1. Couples with more than 2 children will not get any tax brakes or subsidy.
2. Couples with more than 2 children will not be eligible for reservation in jobs or education.
3. Local health departments should be questioned for not educating people properly about population explosion. |
