Babe you could always come to my house and we can work something out. Like we could ask the Nosey neighbours and the crazy neighbours if we can do something for them. We can ask my mom if u, me and Rachel(sorry Shelby) can rake our front yard for cash!! Hey u need to get creative hon. U can do much else cause your still underage. I'm in the same boat. lol. You know I am broke(like Skip Broke...or something like that) lol. You still really cant do much else cause of your age. But good luck anyways.
Dont steal it will come back around. Karma. |

Well. I just turned 13. The main way I earned money was babysitting. =] But since you can't do that...You should ask your parents for work around the house to get a reasonable pay. That'll get you some money. Good luck <33 |

Try selling old stuff on ebay, take clothes to consignment shop, have a yard sale, wash cars, do chores for family or clean houses, make beaded jewelry, hairclips to sale to friends or on ebay, walk neighbors dogs, paper route. Good luck! |

Why don't you get creative, make jewelry for example, paint and sell what you do online. Start writing books for kids younger than you if you like to write.
All is about what would you like to do, How can you have fun and earn money doing what you like to do.?
If you thought about being a tutor that means you are smart so use what you know. I suggest you explore your possibilities, write down what you are good at, maybe learning a new hobby will help you get what you want.
Good luck. |

Being a twelve year old myself, I know your frustration. Actually, my friend and I have our own mini bussiness together. We make jewelry, and then sell it at her mom's spa. All together.....I've probably made 50 bucks off it so far. It really does work, I promise! And pretty looking jewelery is easy too, when you go to a local arts and crafts shop and pick up the jewelery things they have there. |

Can you talk to your parents and see if they are willing to pay for certain jobs around the house? My sons tidy the house for cash so I can sit and read now and then. Or maybe wrap presents for Mom or a friend. Offer to clean up the day before or the day after a party for family friends. Make a craft or cookies and sell them? Good for you for not stealing! |

If your parents like massages, offer to massage their feet (always nice after a long day) or neck/back. I pay my two kids $2.00 for ten minutes and they do it while we all watch T.V. |

I don't understand why you can't do yardwork, but how about housework? Or -- odd jobs. I swear, I could use you right this minute if you were really willing to help with odds and ends for an hour or two. The holidays are a Frantic Time! Make up a brochure and go to every house in your neighborhood, tell them you know the holidays are a busy time and you're there for them whenever they need you. Stamping / addressing envelopes. Wrapping packages. Making phone calls. Loading the dishwasher, picking up toys, washing the blinds or the walls or the floor. People get unexpected company and they get frantic. Shopping, if it's people who know and trust you. Mailing packages. Cleaning and prepping the pets for company. Your job title is: Personal Assistant. Hanging lights. Installing Christmas trees.... Make a list like this on your brochure. Where do you live? Can you come to my place? grin
P.S. My 12-year-old nephew goes to the flea market and gets cool kid stuff in bulk and sells it to his friends and everybody's happy. Except they made him stop doing it at school so I don't know where he's going now. If you stand at a bus stop playing with one of those little deals and then be willing to let people have them for a couple of bucks, it's fun. |

At 12yrs old, there's not much you can do apart from do odd jobs for relatives, as in most civilised countries you aren't allowed to have a proper job 'til you hit 14 (I think).

I made tons of money buying wholesale candy, and selling it to my friends. Of go to your local wholesale marts and buy trendy things u can sell. Dude u can by a dozen of anything for like six bucks. Remember work smarter, not harder. Or maybe if your good at something like scrapbooking, offer to create people a scrapbook. Good luck. |

Why cant you do yard work? Will you break in two if you do. Pretty much at 12 you are limited to Yard work or babysitting. You could wrap Christmas gifts for elderly people for a small fee or help hang decorations. I did that last year for some of my relatives and they paid me about 200 dollars total. I wasn't even asking for the money. They knew I was going to college and needed the money. |

try petsitting (feeding & taking care of someone's pet if they're out of town).. since u don't know anyone to babysit for, i would print out flyers saying you're available as a babysitter or petsitter & put them in people's mailboxes in your neighborhood. then you can meet someone to babysit for. |

believe it or not ripley but people who have dogs and work sometimes need people to come in and feed them and walk them you should advertise or make flyers and give them to dogwalkers. people love their pets and dont like to think of them needing for anything like company or food, exercise. or make cookies. paper delivery. or try and find old people locally and run errands to the store for them. saturday and sunday car wash make flyers explaining automatic car washes are not as good as an energetic 12 year old and youll do a good job at their own homes in their own drives just phone and book a time for the weekend be careful dont damage anything. let your folks know where you are at all times. |

Ask your parents if there are any chores you can do around the house for payment such as laundry, dishes, housecleaning, etc. This of course should be something above and beyond your normal chores if you have any. If that doesn't work, what about neighbors? Many people today seem to want someone to clean their house and it pays very well in most cases. Good luck. |

My daughter used to clean for an older couple down the street. Just vacuum and dust. Walking dogs is another. You could wash cars for others. Run errands. Make crafts and sell them to family and friends as gifts. Hope some of this helped. Good luck. |

Take a loan from parents.
Tell them you need it.
Maybe you could help package stuff, gift wrap , post them for people.
Go to an old home and help old people buy gifts.
Or clothes.
Run errands for those in need.
I saw in a Mall, during Christmas rush, people were gift wrapping for others.
Wish you best. |

If you have any old games or toys that you don't need anymore, you should give away those. Maybe you could do more chores and try to get your grades up so that your parents are in a good mood. If you need the money for christmas presents, your parents should give you some money. |

You can try to sell lemonade or have a yard sale! it would be a fun way to make some quick cash and since it's getting close to Christmas i know that a lot of people go to yard sales and buy things for their kids. (just be sure to make posters to tell people about it or else nobody is going to come meaning you wont get and cash) You could also try dog-walking or pet sitting! |
