You could offer to do something for older people, such as teach them how to use a computer or read to them or help them with house/yard work. I think when you're 16 you can usually get working papers and work in a business establishment, some states it's 15, you may want to check, but for 11 to 14 any of the above would get you some money. I know I made some money teaching some older poeple how to use computers and that worked out really well before I got a REAL job working with computers all day, which I regret a lot of the time hehehehehehehe, but it does keep me off the streets hehehehehehehehe :-) |

We live on a kinda busy rd and they all make cute signs and hold them up and run up and down the sidewalk yelling ice cold lemonade, they also sell snacks like small chip bags or fruit snacks..on hot days they make up to 50,60 bucks.. no kidding they bank sometimes. the more kids the funner but less money each.. |

Oh I've had the same problem and I'm not mean and I don't hate kids I just don't like baby sitting, so I'm a ballet dancer, I started teaching ballet last year, and it has been a blast just take the hobby that you like the most and teach it to little kids! |

I agree with the poo-picker answer. It's a dirty job and most people do not want to do it. Arm yourselves with garden hand-shovels and plenty of plastic bags. I did it when I was in college and made some pretty good money. Trust me, there are plenty of folks who would rather fork over 20 or 30 bucks than spend an afternoon cleaning dog do out of their shoe treads. Good Luck!!
Note: Do not go for the house cleaning. Underage and housecleaning is not a good combo. Think of all the freaks out there who would love to get you alone in their house.... Stay outside!! |

There aren't many jobs that a 11-15 year old can get(I know, I'm 15). Try walking your neighbors dogs, helping them carry in groceries, mowing their lawn, or doing small chores for them. |
