Hello,Dear..I would like to give you some meaningful advice and tips..I suppose you want to make money,not earn a fortune..? You haven't mentioned your age.Anyway,as you know without having age of majority nobody can hire you legally..I suggest you to seek for some youth Program,start searching into some Campuses during the summer,usually they need some extra young people..or refer to some charity fund..You may also try as a babbysitter..Wish you luck!! |

You can always go around to people you know and ask if they need yardwork done, like mowing the grass or painting the fence. Or you can take care of their pets while they're away, or babysit. Good luck! |

...The only chances of a pre-teenager, or someone in her early teens,. making 'a lot of money' will come from modelling for some consumer item aimed at your age group.
...Try and talk to some relations, friends, or neighbours, and find out about the Ad Agencies in your city - and try knocking at their doors. Most initial responses will be very discouraging, but please do not lose heart.
At last, if and when you click with some Agency's needs, you'll be chosen - and be paid a fancy sum, as your modelling fee.
[As you are a minor, a parent or guardian will have to accompany you, for all such assignments' photo-shoots, etc.]

You can't earn a lot of money without a job. You can work at stuff like lawn mowing and baby sitting, or sell your stuff on eBay (with your parents' permission) for some extra spending cash, but you won't become rich. Sorry. |

Paper route is the first thing people do your age to start to earn but there are a lot of people who find a hobby and start to sell the things they make, my mom makes homemade greeting cards from scrapbook stuff, they turn out beautiful and she could make a load of cash from these. Some people sell baked goods, if you are good at making cookies you are in business, especially around the holidays when a lot of people would rather buy a bunch of cookies than take the time to bake! Just first find something you like to do. I have a friend who is very young and started his own lawn/landscaping business and is very successful doing 20 to 30 lawns a week!
Once you decide what you want to do, have your parents help you get equiptment to get started. Tell them you will repay them with your profit, pay them a portion each month.
Next, advertise. If you are doing something outside, make pamphlets and either put them in mailboxes around town or start knocking on your neighbors doors!
One more thing, make sure that you charge the right amount for what you are doing. You have to make sure that you are making a profit but you also want to get customers and that usually means that you have to have the best prices around.

There's an entrepaneurial quality to your question. And that's the American way! That's what separates people who work "9 to 5," from the people who become RICH! Sounds to me like you fall in the category who will eventually become rich and wealthy! Congratulations!
Believe me....many people may "want" to make a lot of money, but they don't actually DO anything to make that happen.
There are many ways to make money without having a "real" job. You can start your own business! (Start by asking your parents on ways to start your own business). Doesn't matter how old you are....you can start making money soon.
Use your brain to think of ways to make money. And let the need to earn lots of money be your motivation and what drives you to succeed. Believe me, the more money you make and have, the better off you'll be - having lots of money is a good thing, no matter what other people say....and those people who say otherwise are probably "poor," and nave a "poor mentality."
I congratulate you for "thinking rich!" That's the way to go, babe!
Some have mentioned babysitting....that's one fine example, but what I'm saying is: start a babysiting BUSINESS! You can also start a Dog Walking business, Cleaning Service, Day Care service, etc....
Find out what people in your neighborhood need done, and provide that service for a fee. The sky's the limit as long as you dedicate and apply yourself to your work!

1. Have a vision- find out what "a lot" of people need, and serve it. I placed in quotation marks the words, "a lot" because it's measure is made by you- you are the one who knows how big it is, and so too the labor, dedication, patience, research, and investment it requires equally from you (this frames up your mission).
2. Be original. When you see a few guys doing your plan already, be sure to know you're late for the job and that your market is smaller than youd've imagined.
3. Be up front with the direct consumers/users, know exactly what they want, and perfect your trade according to their specifications. This requires attitudes borne out of discipline: honesty, integrity, humility, open-mindedness...
4. Set achievable goals, and gather reliable friends to help you with your load. Of course, it follows that you share your profit generously too.
5. Be sure to know and follow the rules that restrict your business operation. Get yourself protected too by these institutions.
6. Be frugal with your earnings, prudent with your counting, and silent with your profit.
7. Sustain, stick to it, believe in yourself, overcome obstacles, perfect your trade, aim to do better than before.
8. Thank God for your talent, inspiration, guidance and protection from evil-doers.
Oh yes- nobody's too young for business so long as they're not fooled by those who take advantage of other people's weaknesses. |
