Get out your contract and go over it objectively, chances are there is a flaw or clause with a way to get around it. Call another company and ask them questions about your contract. Never know, someone might help you out! Ask this question on the web or look it up and ask online, you could get different answers there. Check with other who have this plan, dig into how many places you can call from an dwho can call you from where with or without going to and from different stop areas. Call better business bureau and ask questions about thixs company. Good luck! |

You can't. But what you can do is reduce your monthly bill. Phone companies need your business. If you tell them you want out of your contract, becuase you are paying too much, You could probaly end up paying 20 or more dollars less for the same amount of minutes. I told my service provider I was leaving and they shaved 19 dollars off my bill just to keep me. |

I don't know anything about them, but they claim they can get you out of a phone contract for $50.

It is going to depend on the carrier. I work for Nextel and we charge $200 for that. Cingular I think charges $175 and most carriers are in this range. There is really no cheap way out as the contracts are just that - contracts - a promise to pay for a certain lenght of time. |

You will have to pay a fee for breaking the contract. Instead of breaking the contract, my niece took her plan down to the very minimum and stopped making calls on that phone. She then paid it out through the remainder of the contract, saved money, and was able to get a new phone with the company of her choice. |

Always start out with the lowest yearly or monthly contract and finish it til the contract ends. Try a trial period first, always do a trial period, if they do not offer, it is better to go somewhere else. It saves you a lot of money if you plan ahead when it comes to cell phones :). Hope this helps a bit for the future :) |

Wait until it's over. There is no way to do that without paying the fine or messing up your credit. |
