anger is a part of our human nature, you can only control it, a good advice is by counting till 10 before replay, taking deep breath, think about nice things or remmeber something nice. wash face with cool water, drink a glass of water, this sounds strange but try them they may work! |

This is how I stopped being so angry. I realized one day that I was going to drive my husband away if I didn't stop yelling all the time. I also realized that I was becoming my father and that my kids were going to be afraid to talk to me if I kept it up. I still throw little fits now and then but everytime i get pissed now, I just stop and think about it. Is this really worth hurting someones feelings over. The answer is always NO! Life is way too short to be angry. When you are angry everything else is clouded. Then you can't see all the little things around you that you should be happy about. |
