Don't think in terms of shortcutting. However long it took you gain it is how long it will take to lose it -- that is if you want to lose it permanantly. Use common sense, that's the best way. Limit yourself on what you eat and exercise. LOSING WEIGHT THROUGH "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" DIETS IS NOT PERMANENT. It will only come back later even WORSE. Do what you know to do. There is no quick fix that is permanent. You can do it! I have confidence in you! |

I lost almost 50 lbs and all I did was drink water. I started reducing calories every day until your down to 100 calories or so. Then fast for 2 days, eat few calories on days 3 and 7. Thats week one- week two-four I just fasted and drank 90-100 oz of water every day.
You have to be very careful with fasting, if your too busy running around you can faint. You should rest when fasting.
I fast on and off for a few weeks every month, it helps keep the weight off.

Adopt a dog and start walking it twice a day. Eat half a grapefruit before breakfast every morning and eat a BIG salad before every lunch and dinner. |

Well I dont like to take diet plans, but if you do then try "THE SOUTH BEACH DIET". I lost 15 pounds in a month and a half. And they can help you in the internet with question you may have. I dont like them so i wake upat 6 in the morning to go running about a mile, and eat less than usually do. like half. and eat in the morning because it helps your metabolism. well thats all have more questions just ask. |
