If he knows how to sign, get a book on signing or you could probably find a tutorial online. Each alphabet has a shape of the hand/fingers to symbolize that letter. It may take some time, but you could learn to talk to him that way. If he actually knows signing, he could feel your hand as you show him. Take your right hand and put your fingers together on your chin. Shape your fingers as if you're holding a marble with all your fingers. Make a circular motion around the face in a counterclock direction, opening your fingers as you circle around. This means beautiful.

You could take his hand and place it on his heart and back to yours. Then you could either use your hands to form a smile on his face or you could smile and show him with his hand that you are smiling and give him a kiss on the cheek. I don't know if that would convey it. All I know is that it was hard enough for me to convey it in words. Sheeeesh look at the run on in that thing.
