Explain to them that you are can see the viability of the scheme that they have put forward, but you have serious reservations about the payments. as there seems to be doubt in your mind of the payments, explain these doubts to them stating that unless they can be resolved to a more acceptable mode you are reluctant to join in the scheme, your reluctance is also that it should be thought out and discussed in more detail, as, if it is to be a successful business, you want it to be such that all parties will not suffer doubts or a financial loss from something that is in your opinion not the way to go, if there is a negative response, you can right fully say, that in as much as you are working with them and you class them as friends , you feel that there is doubt in your mind to success in its present form and do not wish to proceed with your input but wish them all the success in their venture. |
