Invent something great! Pay off any credit card balances monthly, never pay interest if it can possibly be avoided, use coupons, shop thrift shops and garage sales, be as cheap as you possibly can.
The more wealthy a person is that I know, the cheaper they are and the more time they spend thinking about saving pennies.
Also, get any money you can afford to into interest paying accounts, even your checking account. Then pay bills when they are due, not early. (More $$ in account longer to earn interest). Don't use ATM's. Put yourself on a budget, a certain amount of cash each week, and not be allowed to go over it. You spent your cash by Thursday? No lunch Friday, sorry.
