Until there was the massive thing at the start of the year about phonelines over charging people, a lot of it came from that.
Now it comes from sponsors that want to be advertised on their show. (Like Dominos pizza on Britain's got talent). |

I think its from the calls they keep telling us to phone into. I think its also from the advertising of sponsors etc. I dont know just a wild speculation. |

Advertising, commercials, and of course from all the viewers, which the actual tv station produces the show and gives more due to the increasing amount of viewers. Without the viewers, there wouldn't be a show. |

They dont have to spend money for a large cast of actors, or writing really, so the money they would spend on that goes to the prize money. Since alot of times the guest doesnt win anything or not that much, they also get money from sponsors for airing an episode even if the contestant didnt win alot. |
