You should take Judo, Ju-Jitsu, or Aikido, they use your opponents strength against them, and are very good for self defense.
If it is a situation where you don't have the time to take lessons, then start carrying pepper spray or something that will help you even the odds. |

I would think if you have family squabbles you could settle things without physical violence. Try talking frankly with your sister, tell her straight out that you don't appreciate her meanness - do so calmly. If you truly feel your life is in danger, go to the police! |
