This is an EEO issue..(equal employment opportunity). It's much like sexual harrassment. you need to document it on paper each time it happens. then you need to document each time you report it and to whom you report it to..you must keep accurate records of this. file a grievance with your eeo rep..which in many cases is your personell rep. document everything. also contact your state eeo rep. You can find them through your local post office..most are posted in the post offices lobby. the main thing is you need to put everything in writing. Hope this helps |

If they present a hostile environment for you, go to HR and document a specific incident in which they have created a hostile environment for you - and then pick your discrimination - gender, age, race, I'm sure you're part of some minority someplace - |

Go or call yor Labor Board Commission, file a complaint
on both the management for not doing there job and on the
bully himself. That will get a rise out of the management for
not listening to you in the first place. Good Luck. |
