Well inform the police that there shouldnt be any problems to you. Like Aids, just say to the Lottery firm that all things from the scratch should be handled in 100% secrecy. The media should just know the person where he hail from and thats it ... no other personal information or even name of the winner should be known to media. Some forums should really take action on protecting winner's private and confidential info ... I mean contact info.

as far as i know, you have the right to remain anonymous. I would never let anyone know if I won the lottery. I really can't imagine you not being able to remain anonymous. right to privacy or something?

But seriously, I would advise legal consulation, meaning definitely go see a lawyer first thing, just so you know what steps to take to keep everything private and legit.

I've also heard that as much as the newspaper really likes to make a big deal out of lottery winners, the option is really up to you whether or not they put your name in there, they hate it but still. But like I said, see a lawyer, he'll help you with it all. hope that works for you
