Find someone who wants to be and believes they can be. You can't hynotize someone against their will. Do what you can to make the subject feel relaxed. My advice is do it while they are sleeping. When they are sleeping pick up their hands and move them back and fourth slowly. If their hands keep moving that means they are in a deep state of hypnosis.
