use a cleaner to clean your face before bed each night. You can't prevent them all cause sweat, stress, and other factors cause them too, but it is a good way to keep them down, I like to use something like Noxema |

It has never been proven by the experts, but chocolate and greasy foods DO increase pimples, period. Alot of people swear they don't, but trust me, I have friends who eat the wrong things and this happens, happened to me, if you don't believe it, continue to eat pizza and chocolate and see what happens, once again it has never been proven, which is why people say it isn't true, but ask around and you will find out otherwise. |

well i wont get into details but:
-wash your face every night (with face wash)
-dont touch you face as much (greasy hands)
-when you wash your face wash your hands w/ soap first
-when you pop your pimples wash you hands after almost every 2-3 pimples
-and well i dont have a lot of pimples but you'll still have some unless your a celebrity!!
-also for some people choclate makes you break out. |

Actually, eating chocolate and grease doesn't exactly cause pimples. However, don't touch your face because it'll tranfer the oil and dirt from your fingers to your face and block your pores. |

you have to wash with mild soap and exfoliate using a clean dry towel. If you have oily skin, do this several times a day. Dont rub your face too hard with the towel, but do it enough that when your skin is dry it has a nice smooth feel to it. |
