when u cut a tree you can see rings, each one stand for one year..
my opinion, thats not the only way. you can ask the people who plant it or .. i doono with all this technology today there has to be a better way than to cut a tree!!! |

If you count the rings inside the main stem of the tree from the very center outward you can get the age in years. Each ring represents on year of tree growth, and they will be different in size. The thicker rings are years the tree grew well, the thinner rings are years the tree did not grow well and are often considered drought years. |

Exactly as written before. Every ring inside the tree trucnk stands for a year. The reason for this is that during the seasons, the bark on the tree changes, and so that is why there are rings in the first place....know what I mean? |

First you chop the tree down and then look carefully at the stump and count thee number of rings in either the stump or of the tree itself that you just killed just because you were curious as to how old it was |
