Go around your neighborhood with a bucket, sponge, chamois, terry towels and car care soap. Ring doorbells and offer to wash cars if the neighbors have hoses or another water source available. Be courteous and tell them where you live and go to school. Charge one-third less than the local hand car wash.
Or get stencil numbers and offer to paint neighbor's address numbers on their street curbs in front of their houses in white oil-based concrete paint. Charge $10 for each set of numbers.
Make up a little flyer for yourself using a laser printer. Include who, what, where, when, how much, and contact info. |

In the Fall rake the lawns of the people on your block for money.
In the Winter shovel the driveway of the people on your block for money.
Make arrangements. Don't randomly rake/shovel your neighbor's lawn/driveway expecting them to pay you. |

Go around in your neighborhood and ask if anyone needs yardwork or chores done. Ask friends of the family the same. We hire the kids around here all the time to pick up around our yard and pull weeds. They do dishes, floors, clean out the fridge, etc. And we pay well. |

You can baby-sit, mow lawns, walk dogs, do yard work and chores for other people, run a lemonade stand, deliver newspapers, etc. There are LOTS of options - just pick what's best for you and go with it. :) |

Start out with some chores first around your house, aunts uncles, grandparents are big money givers! Then if you got any neighbors around, ask them if they have any jobs you could do!
