If you are unable to contact the seller, I would report it to ebay |

You can report it to ebay 10 days after you paid for it. They will notify the buyer and if they do not respond within 7 days you can esculate it to a claim and ebay will sort it for you usually refunding your money. |

Three days after this item was to be received I would file a complaint with ebay, if you don't this person may rip someone else off too. |

I waited until about the same time as you have and then reported it. This will give you the chance to send the seller a message direct. If you still don't get a reply after about another week you can escalate your case and ebay will make a decision in your favour and get your money back. |

Check out the help files
I once sold a book for £46 that was never paid and as I had not acted quickly enough I still had to pay the commission to ebay.
I know you are the buyer but check out the help files. |

you can file a snad claim after 10 days via ebay
i you paid by paypal you can file at anytime buy g
you don't need to wait 10 days
it really depends how helpful the seller is when you decide to file and you cand ask for a scan of the tracking
as RM do not deem an item missing for 15 working days its unreasonable to expect a refund before that time but nothing to prevent you communicating and sussing up how the land lies and is it does not seem above board login and file after 10 days
you have 45 days to file

file a claim. if you havent had any responses from the seller, if you file a claim and used paypal, they will give you their phone number. if after that you STILL cant get ahold of them, they will start a claim and contact the seller directly. it can take about a month. i had that happen to me, the seller never even responded to paypal about the issue. they later went on to do it to about 10 more people before ebay finally closed the account. its sad that people are willing to scam everyone |

email or call ebay customer service so they can suspend the seller's account and try to get your money back by asking ebay if they can do it or call your bank and say it was a fraudulent transaction. |

As a seller on ebay I would say it should be there by two 1/2 weeks, but take into account their feedback, because if they have good feedback then give it a little more time. Did they send it Priority (2-3 days) or First Class (2-9 days)? Also, some of those people just do it as a side income so they may not be able to ship it out the next day, it may take them a few days to get it to the post office. Check their other auctions to make sure there isn't a note saying that they'll be going on vacation or something like that. I'd say email them again and tell them that reporting an unreceived item and a dispute through Paypal is going to be your next move since they haven't responded. If you get no response by Monday go ahead and report it. |

Normally packages get delivered between 5 - 12 days,
Most sellers 20 days is the maximum. It might not be the sellers fault and could of got lost in the post.
If the seller doesent respond you can mark the item as not recieved and email the complaints department in 'my ebay' |

you can open an eBay dispute with the seller, there are tutorials on eBay for how to do this. if they have not responded after another week, i would escalate the dispute to a Paypal claim. This will put a strike on their record. Three strikes and they're thrown off eBay. You can also claim money using paypal, but some items are not eligible. |

Ebay like you to have sent 2 emails, or at least tried to phone the seller. Now you have to report it as unreceived, I think 2 weeks is plenty of time for the seller to have shipped your item. Some sellers just forget to post the item and usually a prompt from ebay is sufficient. I do find it extremely annoying when sellers don't keep you informed or just refuse to answer your emails. |

Two weeks is a long time especially if there is no response from e mails. Check his feedback and see if he usually does this. If he/she doesn't then give them a bit longer but if its a regular occurance, then report it. |

If you have purchased your goods from within the UK then five days tops and you should have received it. If not then contact the buyer. If your goods are coming from the USA I would give it a maximum of two week.
Remember you can contact the buyer at any time there is no right or wrong time to contact the buyer. If you are concerned about your item email them don't wait.
If the buyer does not respond then contact ebay customer support. |
