People get paid for the hours and days they actually work (or should be paid that way). There is no standard of getting paid for 20 days in a month unless there is some arrangement between employer and employee. |

they should be getting paid for the hours and days that they actually work. call the labor board if you think they are being unfair. |

I would expect to get paid for the days i worked.
Suppose it depends on how you get paid. Some people are paid on a specific day each month i.e. 15th, others get paid at a specific time i.e. the last wednesday.
So there are not always 28 days in a pay period, and you would get paid accordingly.
I get paid at the end of each month, sometimes this means its 5 weeks pay, so i get 25 days pay. |

FT- ( with my contract) 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
hourly pay x 40 hours= weekly pay |

On average, there are 22 work days a month, if you work five days a week. Some months there are only 20 work days for a five-day work week. So it depends on what month it is, as well as whether you work a five-day week, etc. |

How many days did they work? |

depends. dome people work 10 hours a day for 30days, others work alot less. There is no rule, but the 40 hr work week is standard for many employees. |

with the sda union in retail and fast food, only management are allowed to be rostered for 20 days per 4 wk period anything above that is supposed to be overtime and for regular team members their roster can not exceed 19 days, then again alot of salaried staff in retail dont have time cards and could work non stop all monthand it doesnt show |
