To live reasonably you would need to make at least $5.000 a month. Of course you would have to factor in other things such as where you want to live. Some places are more expensive than others to live. |

It depends, on where you live, or if you own a house and if yoru car is paid off or are you still paying for it. My house is five bedrooms and three bath which we pay $3500 for and our car is free meaing paid off. we need at least $4500 to survive our basic nees which includes food, clothing, phone bills, electricity, and water. and not to mension car insurance and property tax that has been rising like crazy. From my point of view if you want to live a confortable life it is any where between 5-6 thousand dollars and if you want to live a life where you dont' have to worry about money at all when you go shopping make about ten thousand dollars. |

I make around $5000 and it really isn't enough to live a "worry free" life. It seems that everyone in my family and my girlfriend's family who is having a rough time wants me to "lend" them money. No one ever pays it back. So I'll guess that around $8000 would be a good income. |
