It isn't a handicap ONLY stall, it is a handicap accessible stall. It is unlike a handicap parking spot that is reserved ONLY for those that are handicapped. Therefore, they are open game if there is no other stall available. I have used them, but not if another is available. Could you imagine how bad you would feel if someone in a wheelchair was waiting for you to get out of a stall?? |

I don't see anything wrong with it, if there are no other stalls open. It would be a bit inconsiderate to use it if there were, though.
Da hal...dude, cite your source. That stupid redneck comedian, Larry the Cable Guy. |

i always use the handicapped ones... there are never any handicapped people in bathrooms, the stalls are bigger, there's almost always toilet paper, and those are usually the ones where the locks actually work! |

You got to go you got to go. Nowhere on the stall does it say Handicap Reserved and I've never heard of the pee-pee police. |

I have never thought about it being rude to use it.... it's not like a parking space where you go into the store and you are in there for hours... it's a toilet, and you'll be there for like 1 minute at the most. If there was a handicapped person waiting I would let them go before me.... but other than that, I don't think there is anything wrong with using it. |

i'm handicapped and i dont think it's a problem. they are there because wheelchairs and big people don't fit in the small stalls. and hey if you gotta go you gotta go. |

I use it...little easier in that one with my kid, gets kinda cramped trying to take him pee pee in a regular stall. i don't see a problem with it if there isn't a handicapped person waiting in line to use it. |

Yeah...I do. But I NEVER park in their spaces. I figure they can wait for the toilet but not for my 2 hour shopping trip. |
