Depends:
Do you get paid vactaion? If not will he deduct proportionally if you take time off?
If you assume that you will only be paid if you work, working 48 hours each week for 52 weeks would give you 2496 hours worked per year.
$1500 per month over a year is $18,000.
So, if this is the case, you get $7.21 per hour. |

get a calculator out.
multiply the number of hours by the number of days
take the 1500 and divide it by the total above. |

You are getting approx. 7.1 dollars an hour .. but it really depends upon how many days in a month... you should really be getting an hourly- based rate though.. |

$1500/month = $18,000.00/yr = $346.15/wk
so are you saying you work 8hrs, 6days a week = 48 hrs/week
346.15/48=$7.21/hr... however if you work over 40 hrs a week you should be getting paid overtime. Also, don't forget to take roughly 27% out for taxes - subtract approx $94 so your weekly take home is approximately $252.00/wk

4 weeks in a month.
You work 48 hours a week.
4 x 48 = 192
You make 1500 month so
$1500 / 192 = $7.81 per hour |

hard to say - different number of days in different months - based on a typical 30 day month - 8 weekend days - comes out to about $6.70 per hr, which is below new min wage - 8 hrs a week is overtime |

Roughly 7.80 an hour |

$18,000 a year
divided by 52 weeks per year is $346.15 a week
divided by 48 hours per week is $7.21 per hour
Actually it's less than that, since the sixth day you'd be over 40 hours for the week so would be due time and a half pay
so it's basically 6.66 per hour, with overtime pay for the 6th day each week. |

$7.21 per hour as you will earn $18,000 a year but you will work 2496 hours |

If you work 24 days in a month you would be making $7.81 per hour. However, some months may have more days. October 2007 has 27 work days if you work on Saturdays as well as all week days. For a $1500 a month salary your actual hourly income would be $6.94 per hour. So, as you can see, it would depend on the actual number of work days in the month. |

1500/month=18000/year or 18000/52 weeks = 346/ 6days = 57.70/day = 7.211/hour |

It works out to about $6.65 per hour. I multiplied 1500 x 12 for 18000 per year. Then divided by 52 for about $346 per week. The I divided that by 52 (48 hours per week, 40 regular plus 8 hours at time & a half) and ended up with about $6.65. |

Damn baby getting paid.. what job do you have?
Oh, before i forget you are making $10.42per hour:
math: multiply the amount of hours you work times the amount of days and divide that by how much your getting paid.
wow, what grade are you in I'm 14, in geometry, and a freshie( in other words a freshman in high school ) |
