its still worth $3.. but if you sell it on ebay, then you can probably get more than what its worth (some people like rare things)

Novelty item. first used to advertise. also used as a discount ticket. Not from the US mint. As a collectors item it may have some value but probably very little.
I have a bill here that has $911 as its value and GW picture on the back. I have had people actually ask me if it is real.

it depends.The grade is the most important.How many folds and tears or stains.Is the paper crisp or limp.Is your note a 1935 or is there a suffix to the series year like 1935A. You should contact a collector of old money or a coin collector.
