Including mortgage, I would need about $200,000 (hubbys car, mortgage, cc--mine and hubbys, plus I want to get a car myself...) |

Other than the mortgages on my two houses, which I consider investments-- they're worth much more than I owe on them,-- I have a large surplus. I don't believe in living in debt. If you can't afford it-- don't buy it. Credit cards are for ONE use in my book-- easy transactions. Pay them off immediately. Why would anyone want to pay MORE for something than its original price? |

Zero, Zilch, Nada, Nothing, Cero.
I never buy anything that I can't pay off in full on the spot. I'm not interested in following my families path of bad credit and debt. |
