How much would i ask for a part time hourly salary at taco bell?

you dont ask to get paid certain amount.. especially at a fast food resturant. you will get paid minimum wage.

Ask for $20 an hour ,but you'll probably get minimum,they'll think your ambitious

Don't expect more than minimum wage unless you have previous experience. Then they may consider a little bit higher.

Ask for $7 an hour. It can't hurt you to ask so long as you highlight reason why they should pay you that much. In future jobs your employer will notice that you DIDN'T make min wage working at Taco Bell and it could then help you land that perfect job in the future. Even if they say no you have shown your employer that you take initiative for yourself which will translate to your job. This could help you get more hours than passive co-workers.

No idea but that a fast food place i'm guessing. Those aren't the sort of jobs where you can negotiate your salary....you get what they give

while the rest of the people who answered are PROBABLY right....there are certain locations that will pay more than minimum wage. In any case, you aren't likely to make a lot more than that. If you know what minimum wage is in your state (most it's the same but it's higher in a few), I'd either round it up to the next even dollar and put that (it suggests you think your work is worth more than the minimum)
This way you're suggesting you're worth a little more without sounding too far our of their price range. Most likely you'll end up making minimum wage anyways, but you're more likely to get hired. It worked for me when I was younger. I have actually never been interviewed for a job I didn't get. As long as I got an interview I got a job offered to me.

That's actually a second important point though. You have to dress appropriately and act appropriately in an interview to have a high chance at getting a job. Most teenagers aren't very good at that these days, so if you can master that you'll almost certainly get a job. And when you get one you'll move up faster in your job.

Which brings me to my final point. Unless you are a worthless average teenager who thinks the world actually works like it does in school...aim for something higher than fast food. The pay is crappy and your raises are actually slower than inflation (meaning you will rarely ever make more than minimum wage) there's very little room for promotion, and even making it to location manager doesn't get you anywhere. A taco bell manager only makes about 20-25 grand a year (which may be a lot to a teenager but it barely pays the bills for a single guy living in a trailer park)

If you're going to start in a customer service level job, go to a retail store like wal-mart or target or something similar. Pay raises are much better (though still not that impressive based on only annual raises) but the room for promotion is far superior.
managers at wal-mart for example make around 35-45 grand a year at the lowest level, and around 100 grand a year at the store manager level.

Just show a little ambition and things will work out for you.
