Im a date watcher ,so nothing is too old.I go through the fridge and freezer every garbage day and get rid of questionable things.I wont even buy a pop at the store if the sell by date is within a month.When in doubt throw it out!Many times my wife asks where something went and gets upset with me cuz i threw it out and it may only be from yesterday.Oh well better safe than sorry. |

I'm not sure what it is, but it sure is angry and mostly unresponsive. It is there of its own free will, that much it WILL tell me. It doesn't much like the little light that comes on when I open the door, and it does have a projectile weapon of some sort, so I have to be careful.
The pantry is a different story. There are spices that I think I inherited from a great-great-great grandparent along with the rack, but nothing alive, thank goodness. |

I don't keep expired stuff in my refrigerator, so the oldest food in my fridge would be mustard, maybe 2 months. I did find a jar of pickles 2 years past the expiration date hidden in the back of my parents fridge. There's too much food in their fridge it's really hard to get the items at the back so they probably forgot about it and you really don't wanna know what it looked like, yuck. I'm never helping my mom to clean her fridge, bad surprises. |

it depence on kind of food. In my opinion, you shouldn't keep any food too long in refridgerator because when you do that, many bad bacterium. They will harmful your health. |
