Hydrogen peroxide works wonders...just make sure you are vigilant about washing it out if the clothes are colored, or it can bleach them. But it should bubble out the blood if it is working. Works well on all I've tried it on...especially if the blood is still fresh.

Hopefully I'm not helping out a murderer here. Blood is best soaked in cold soapy water when the occurence first happens. A little bleach won't hurt either.
