I agree with others about drinking cranberry juice.
In addition, talk with your doctor about what might be triggering your infections. Sometimes there are certain behaviors that create the proper conditions for infection.
Namely, (and sorry to get graphic here--stop reading if you don't want graphic info) when you wipe after defecating, you need to wipe from front to back, not back to front. Also, trying urinating after having inter*course to wash any germs that might have traveled to your urethra. |

Cranberry juice and alot of water, you can flush it out. If there is blood in the urine, see a doctor, it may be a kidney infection, or a sign for a larger problem |

There is a pill that is called urastat. you can buy it over the counter and ( wal-mart ). |

Drink lots of cranberry juice. It changes the PH of your urine and helps fight the infection.
If thekidneysets worse, you start to feel dizzy or you feel the pain move up to your sides to where your kidneys are, GO SEE A DOCTOR. You will need antibiotics to kick it at that point. |

Start drinking lots of water, also cranberry juice (not cocktail kind) helps. Mix a splash of the cranberry juice concentrate in with a glass of water. If symptoms are not better by Monday call your doctor. |

Drink lots of water. Try taking aspirin. This is acidic and will help to kill the bacteria. If you continue to have problems you may have to see a doctor for an antibiotic. After the infection clears drinking or eating cranberries will help to prevent a new infection. |
