How to raise £900,000?
The long and short of this question is where would i start to raise this amount of finance to purchase a freehold - the earning potential of it is fantastic however I do not currently have access to these sort of funds to purchase the freehold.
Go and work for the council sweeping streets...they earn £53.000 a year!

1. Re-mortgage your house (I doubt your house is expensive enough to raise that much, but you can get some. This will mean you will need less from other sources, which are likely to charge you higher interest than your mortgage).
2. Talk to banks about loans. You will need a properly set out business plan, with realistic predictions for profits. You'll probably need to try a few to get one who'll give you money. Or a few different ones so they all give you £100k each.
3. Find an investor. I have no idea how you find investors (unless you have an invention: Dragon's Den!), but someone somewhere must know how to get them. Be warned though: they will want a large cut of your business.
