It depends on the severity of what you did. If it wasn't much of a deal, then just look into her eyes and tell her that you're sorry for the mistake you made.
If it was something of a bigger deal, write her a poem and tell her that you're sorry, or get her her favorite flowers and tell her that you're sorry, or even better, take her out to a nice dinner and tell her you're sorry.
