Go to the school and steal it from the library. Find a classmate and steal theirs. Ebay.com

Go to Classmates.com You may beable to hook up with an old friend from those days!They may have one or a teacher may be resgestered on there and could help you out. Did you contact the school?? Does you library keep those things on file? The school library may also have a copy for you to view. Best wishes!

i would suggest calling the high school and asking them for the name of the publisher and/or printer and go from there
