As honestly as possible. If there were uncomfortable circumstances, then politely decline to answer. It's best NOT to lie, because lies can get found out.

You do want to answer honestly. However, use some tact. For instance if you just couldn't stand the people you worked with then you could say that "there was little or no room for advancement" which is true. Because if the people you work with don't like you, you probably won't find much opportunity to advance. If it was pay then you could answer by saying that although you enjoyed the work you weren't reconginzed for your efforts. However, you need to tailor something that is sounds nice but is also truthful. You don't want to say that you left for one reason if you actually left of were fired for another. Good Luck!

just say that job was not worth , me working there..... jokes apart , for stepping the ladder one has to cross the lower step and then he comes upon the higher one . Sameway , i left resigned that job coz i have to go still higher , that was not my destiny ...... And above all Sucess is a journey not a destination... so i have to go miles away ......
