type in 30kg parcel on ebay. There are sellers who charge about a tenner to pick up the item and deliver it within 24 hours. I had one pick up something from me today.
You will need to make sure that they are wrapped up well though. |

Buyer should pay postage can they pick them up or it might be cheaper foryou to take them. Postage and courier will be expensive if you can't can you pay a friend? |

I sold a rug - easy to pack. The post office are more bothered about the size of the parcel (in height).
Ask on the community boards there are loads of people who can advise you on there.

You should sort that out before you list the item, but anyway either a courier who will collect the chairs and deliver them on for you - though this will be expensive - or tell the buyer to collect the chairs him/herself |

For an individual, its going to be really expensive. Also, its going to be difficult to package for transit. The best option would have been to list postage as "local pickup only" - which isn't going to help if you've already listed and sold the items.
Your only option would be to work with the buyer on this one, and try and sort out the best way of getting the chairs to him. Could he meet you halfway?

You should have figured that out before you put the chairs up for sale. I would imagine it will be very expensive. Is you buyer living close to you? Perhaps you could deliver or he/she could collect. |
