I know that if you have a website or blog that people find interesting you can invite advertisers to your site. They will pay you to advertise. They pay you more if you get lots of people coming to your site, so the more interesting, the better.
I heard of a young girl who did this by designing free downloadable wallpaper for people and then invited advertisers to post their ads on the site. The site was very popular because her designs were cool and it was free. She got lots of money from the advertisers because of all the hits she got on the site.
You may be able to do web page design for people online. You'd have to figure out how to have them pay you and be sure you get regular payments for progress you are making.
I would caution you to be careful when asking a question like this because there are ways to make money online that are illegal and dangerous to you. Please be very careful and do not meet with anyone or agree to anything that makes you uncomfortable. Pay attention to your own intuition and follow your gut instinct.

LOL when i was 15 I was trying to do the exact same thing but trust me there is probably nothing you can do execpt sell stuff on ebay other than that i am afraid your out of luck :( |

You could go to websites where they pay you money to complete surveys. I have done them and have recieved my check. When you join a site like cashcrate .com you give them your real name and address so they can send you the check, then when you fill out the information in the surveys use fake info and get a voicemail on the intnet. Its a real phone number but its just voicemail and its free online. Search the intnet for some random address and use that when the surveys ask for your address. They have alot of 100% free surverys where all you have to do is give your opnion about stuff. Some take less than 5 minutes and you get anywhere from $.75-$5.00 per survey. I know cashcrate is legit because i did this for a month and got a $50 check. |

They have you fill out surveys and stuff. Stay away from the things you have to pay to do.
It's not much (at all) but I make about $20 a month doing this while waiting on things to load, checking my email, etc. |

The question is: Can you provide some service that someone will pay for? What can you do? What kind of service can you provide?
I suggest you avoid all the results that come up when you search for "make money on internet" Either those are scams, or you will work multiple hours to earn cents.
Best thing to do IMO: Start a website dedicated to something you're interested (RC planes for example), gain multiple visitors and get paid for banner ads.
