Ignore them. They are a type of scam.
They are a variation of what is commonly called a Nigerian Letter scam. Basically, a person contacts you and tells you they need help moving some money around, and they will give you a generous amount of the money if you will help them. To help them, you need to pay some expenses and put up some money to help move things along, but on the surface it appears to be legitimate because you're going to get a huge payoff for such a small investment on your part. The fact is that there is no money anywhere. They take your money, and since they are operating out of places like Africa, where things are not carefully regulated, you have no way of getting back the money you put in to help move things along.
A lot of people have lost a lot of money on that type of scam--if you research it, you will find people who have literally given away their entire savings to try and get a portion of the bigger payoff. And every single one of them was scammed.
If you get them, don't just delete them from your mailbox. The scam depends on mass mailings, so if you can flag it as spam, that will help your email provider. The people who are running the scam send out literally thousands of emails to people saying the same thing--it's free to send the emails, and if only 1% of the people who are contacted are taken in, then they end up making enough money to make it worth their while.
Just mark it as spam or phishing and forget about it. |

They will keep hitting you up for cash needed to pay transaction fees and other fees. Then they will hit you up for your banking information and they will drain your account.
It is called a 419 scam |

The purpose is to elicit information in order to relieve you of capital. If something sounds too good to be true, it is. |

Steer clear!!!!
this is a scam.
They are trying to get your bank details or getting you to deposit money in their bank account so they can (as they say) deposit loads of (imaginary) money in your account.
IGNORE IT.
Here is an example of a guy who replied to some of them, just for a laugh and led them on...
