watch tv{watch a funny show that will make you laugh your head off},listen to music,talk to someone about how youre feeling,punch a pillow,go outside and walk for a while or write down everything that is pissing you off and then crumple it up. |

Go for a walk alone and just walk. It really helps. When you get back, you'll be more rational and better able to cope with whatever is bothering you. Breaking things, don't help, you just have to clean up the mess. |

Whenever you get mad, tried to calm yourself down by breathing three times or another way is thinking back why you so mad for a such reason and try to find the depth answer that really explain the whole problem of why you're so mad. Or probably yoga might help you like just sitting down with your leg crossed together and relaxed. The main problem of being stressed is that you might get a hole inside you stomach and unfortunately the bad problem begin. |

Wow that was me yesterday. One of the best things to do is talk about it. If you don't want to talk, go exercise; endorphins can help you out. Go get some awesome comfort food too. It will all be alright. |
