How was the system unfair to you? Was it unfair because you have to help support your child? We need more information that what you have given. As a single mother I am all for the father's helping support their kids. I am also for the mothers helping support their kids if the father has custody. With more information I could maybe help you with this but we do need to know how you think the system was unfair. |

yes, if you are having to pay too much, give them your most recent w-2.
we gave them my dad's w-2 when he made a lot of money, so he is supposed to pay a lot of money every month.
but now he lives in a motel and can't hold down a job.
and is on the run from the cops because he owes us thousands of dollars.

Take it to apeals... Tell them that you want another hearing that you will fight for your child... Keep apealing it until you get what you want. Get yourself a lawyer.. |

join the club i have my kids 24 days a month pay for everything they are involved in and still have to pay my ex child support
the only thing u can do is get a great lawer about 6000 dollars and pray to get the right judge but it didnt work for me and my ex uses drugs and hasnt payed rent in 3 years she has had to move 17 times in those three years and has been to rehab but the judge says "he cant take the cubs from the momma bear" so i wish u the best of luck but the system sucks
no matter what just love ur kids and be there for them and dont let them feel the stress in the matter

Ask for an appeal. Try to get another lawyer too because sometimes the case your lawyer put up is not strong enough to win. Get that appeal and fight. If possible take this case higher in the system. Supreme Court, whatever you need to do. If there is any reason why she may not be a fit mother then you need proof as to why. |

The best thing to do is get another laywer and appeal the case. As long as it is in the best interest of the child. |

It depends on where you are from, but search for "Father's Rights" and there are a bunch of groups that help fathers for cheap or free. |
