most likely you ate something with poppy seeds on it before the test you can test positive if people around you smoke but they would have to be filling the area with smoke so that is all your breathing normally it wont show up if people smoke around you

Poppy seeds only test positive for opiates, not cannabis related chemicals.
Sesame seeds have nothing to do with anything.
You might have accidentally eaten it or been around it too long.
