first off at work NEVER worry about what others get or dont get. dont worry about what others do or dont do. some slackers will get promoted / bonuses while conciensious workers get the "shaft". you work hard as you can, dont wory about breaks.. [ the day goes much faster w/o them ]. do as much work in one day as you posibly can. all this will give you self pride and because you earned it you'll get the confidence to speak up for yourself when you must |

Sometimes you will go through rough times. But you have to carry on. So you quit your job, if it was stressing you out that bad you are better off. So you hate school, get over it. you are 17, you can't have much more to go. i am telling you sometimes you have to be "miserable" to be happy in the long run. Just get your s*** together and stop feeling sorry for yourself and graduate high school so you can go on to the next level. Good Luck. |

1) you aren't going to learn anything valuable in school anymore so quit and just tell everyone you graduated..it's not like anyone ever checks..
2) Good for you for quitting..don't let people push you around..
3) There are 1000's of jobs out there...and none of them are going to appreciate you..so just work hard for the money (must give value to get value) and don't get involved in office politics... |

Guess what? Life only gets HARDER after your teens. (MUCH harder).
My advice? .... Sit down and count the blessings that you have in your life. I'm sure you have many, but like most 17 year olds, you are probably blind to them. (I know I was at that age). No matter how hard life gets, there is ALWAYS something positive.
Trust me when I say that now when I look back at that age (I am 26) I think to myself "Why was I so bitter and "miserable". What a waste." |

This may sound wierd, but give it a try. Facing your head in one position and not moving it, start looking with your eyes and follow the lines of an imaginary letter X and then have your eyes follow the outline of the box around the X. Do this 8 times. It is called EMI. You need to do it slowly. You can read about it in a science called NLP.
It makes your right and left brain start to work together.
Now, as to breaks you don't get, well, we live in an unjust world. So, look at all the things that are not happening as you would like and ask yourself if there is any way you could see any positive things in them.
In other words, is a failure a failure? Or is it a learning experience. It is up to you to make it positive or negative. If you want a positive life, part of it is up to how you view it.
I know. Where you are, I have been, where I am, you will some day be. Check out the NLP. Who knows, maybe some day, you will be helping someone just like your self. |

You need to speak to a doctor very soon. You might have a bad case of depression. I know from experience, there are pills out there that can and do help |

The word you're looking for is 'feel'. School sucks, it's boring, it feels like a waste of time, but the things you learn there will enable you to get better jobs (and your break!)
As for the job, it's not the end of the world. Look for another job. It sucks that they were treating you badly, but you've got to learn to be assertive and speak up for yourself, or people are always going to take advantage of you.
You've got to have respect for yourself, and that means not being afraid to say what's on your mind, especially when other people aren't showing you the respect you deserve.
Don't get too depressed over it. You're 17. Things get better. You just have to work at them a little. |

Hey, dont feel bad. Keep in mind, its almost spring time, youre young and everything will be fine. Also, you should probably take magnesium citrate regularly. It sounds funny, but it really helps your mood. Also be sure to eat healthy and get plenty of sleep. Being depressed is natural, and you dont need a drug to help you out of it. Good health is the best remedy. |
