I'd turn it in. I'm too paranoid. They have cameras there and with my luck, they'd hunt me down.

Turn it in.
If it is $5000. 10% is $500. You're not broke any more.
Think about the sevice guy. He may be on the carpet for theft. He probly will have to pay them back. He may have children/family.

legally: not sure, check the laws on items found on public road
morally: yes, it is not yours. I must say I would find it difficult to give it back to a bank. Think about the service man who might get problems.
if you give it back: make sure you get 10% and a receipt. You might indeed be on a camera somewhere when you have picked it up and do not trust the banks |

I would turn it in because you could get into some serious trouble if the person calls the cops, or the bank uses their cameras identify what happened to the bag. If you don't want to get in trouble hand it to bak or police. |
