Sorry to tell u this but its a con i have received many of these emails, if you look closely u will notice things that arnt quite right, In my emails they wanted my bank details too.
Delete the email and ignore them if you get them again

No here is why and some good signs to avoid being scammed later.
1. You didn't enter a contest.
2. You never pay someone when you win something.
3. If you won that much money, they would be at your door, not e-mail.
4. If they ask for bank about, social security info, then it's a scam. That info shouldn't be needed or they would already have it.
