Some wise person once said "the best revenge is living well" and you have already won! You're in a better department, and she's still over there, so just smile nicely and give her a little wave if you happen to run into her, believe me, it will eat her up inside that you aren't gone. If you start something, you could be let go permanently, and it makes you look petty. Be the bigger person, and move on up, you know it's the right thing to do. Her bad ethics will get her exactly what she deserves in the long run anyway. |

How about telling yourself that perhaps the company isn't happy with your old boss for cutting you loose, and take your 'revenge' from that. |

The Burning Bridges expression came about for a reason, I would take the high road. You will feel better about yourself and will not have any regrets. |

move on and dont be immature about it |

Be the bigger person. If you let her know that your still angry (and she'll know) then she wins. Leave well enough along. |

Be grown up about it.
If they see you, or say hi, dont conversate with them. Just smile, or wave, then go on about your buisness.
They fired you. I wouldn't go back, so that takes guts to even work in the same place.
Good luck! |

I would let it go .... for now.
Sooner or later you will end up seeing your old lead through the normal course of the job, I would be so sickeningly sweet to her that your teeth hurt.
It will irritate the hell out of her but she can't turn you in for anything because you didn't do anything.
But watch your back, if she really doesn't like you and she has any pull at all, she'll be gunning for you again. |

Move on and be professional, that will show that your a better person.
If you don't it will backfire, she may no longer be your boss but she is a boss, thus middle management, so she still has more pull then you and can cause you a lot of problems even in a different dept. |

Your best revenge will be that her firing of you "didn't take." Every time she sees you in the hall or, God forbid (for her), has to work with you in some way, she'll feel uncomfortable and "squirmy."
If you keep doing well for your company, eventually you'll outrank her. This will make her CRAZY. So make this your goal.
Three words for you: "moral high ground"
Maybe you don't feel it inside, but ACT as if you're above her pettiness. This too will make her CRAZY.
Oh, and watch your back. She'll still have it in for you. |

don't do the immature thing. Most of the time the best revenge is showing that you are over it and have moved on. Sounds like things will be better for you with the new department and you got a 3 day weekend out of it! Just be happy and move on leaving the ex-boss in the dust. |

Sounds like you were rehired by the different department because of your abilities, skills and responsibility. DON'T let your new boss(es) regret their decision by acting like a jerk. Remember, your actions with your old boss may come back to haunt you in future reviews or promotions. Take the high road. Remember, what goes around, comes around. |

if ur new job is a step up i wouldn't start a confrontation with the old boss there are more quieter ways to piss her off |
|

I know a lil' bit about that

Getting a better position is revenge enough.. |
|

Hmm?
 |
Don't do anything stupid, that involves making people uncomfortable out of revenge. |

You are in the workforce, not on a highschool campus. Be professional and leave your emotions at the door. |

Do not be controlled by emotions. Of course you would like to do all that but be mature and move on. Do everything you need to do to stand up for yourself if there is any further problem. If you were mistreated by this person God will take care of them . God rules the world and we are to stay humble and forgiving and God will repay you for anything you lost and repay them and straighten them out. If you cause trouble it might get you in a problem on your new position . stay innocent. |
