Well, normally dreams are the brain's way to get rid of "mental garbage" thet is why you get dreams that seem to make no sense at all. Now, a dream also shows you what you have been thinking (either conciously or not) lately. In your case a stressful situation or a particular thing that may be bothering you can be the source of the dream. But do keep in mind that it doesn't has to be a BIG thing, maybe you're just worried about leaving the tap running or the coffe pot on.

I don't know if you're religious or not, but I've had those before and I say that they are demons in your bedroom or home. If you are religious then pray them out or get someone to pray them out. When your sleeping and you have that dream try saying this scripture over and over in your head. "Ye though I walk through the valley of death I shall fear no evil." See if that works
